DAMAGE estimated at £400 was caused to a Citroen C3 car in South Avenue, Barnoldswick, on Friday night.
Would-be thieves forced the passenger window, snapped off a wing mirror and searched the glove compartment before releasing the hand brake, causing the car to roll backwards and collide with a wall.

Police are investigating.
