AN inflatable for use in the pool at West Craven Leisure Centre could be bought by the Pendle Leisure Trust.
A grant application from the Trust for £1,000 will be discussed by the Lancashire Local (Pendle) committee at its meeting next Tuesday.

If agreed, the inflatable would be used at children's sessions at the pool, specifically the Friday evenimng "splashdown" sessions.

A spokesman said: "The session currently involves games, races and music. However, we would like to encourage more children to attend by introducung the new pool inflatable."
