A BURNLEY firm has joined top names in its industry to scoop an award praised by the Prime Minister.
Pipeline Induction Heat Ltd, from Rossendale Road Industrial Estate, was given an international safety award from the British Safety Council for the second year running at a ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

Prime Minister Gordon Brown said: "These awards recognise the crucial success these organisations and their employees have achieved in their pursuit of excellence in the management of health, safety and environmental matters at an international level."

Winners are recognised for their commitment to health and safety at the highest level and also for striving to improve the safety culture within their organisation.
