BUDDHIST meditation classes start in Colne on Monday with a four-week course entitled "Introduction to Meditation".
Classes are held on a drop-in basis at Primet Community Centre, Primet Bridge, between 7-30 p.m. and 9-30 p.m. on Thursdays.

Sessions cost £5 to cover running costs and room hire.
