Kitchen blaze at Colne home

TWO fire engines were called to a house in Townley Street, Colne, at teatime yesterday to deal with a blaze involving a gas hob.
Firefighters discovered slight fire damage to the hob and worktop, while there was some smoke damage to the downstairs of the property.

The incident was logged at 6-14 p.m.
