Nelson railway station attack - Colne teen accused of breaking uncle's jaw

A TEENAGER accused of attacking his uncle and breaking his jaw at Nelson railway station appeared before Pennine magistrates.

Shaun Wood (19), of Dudley Street, is charged with grievous bodily harm. He is also said to have broken the alleged victim's cheekbone.

The defendant will have his case tried at the crown court. He was bailed until August 17th for committal proceedings.

He was ordered to live at his home address, not to contact his uncle Daniel Wood and not to go to Nelson, except through it on his way to Burnley.
