PICKING up a bronze medal in the Beijing Olympics still seems like a dream for Colne cyclist Steven Burke, who went out there as the fifth man for the team pursuit race.
In an exclusive interview, 20-year-old Steven tells of his shock at being called up for the men's individual pursuit, his thoughts when he scooped the bronze and the proud moment he returned home.

He thanks his family, and the people from his home town and surrounding areas, who came out in the thousands to welcome him home during a civil ceremony on Bank Holiday Monday.

He then looks to the future and talks of the London Games in 2012 - which he orginally believed would have been his first ever Olympic appearance.
