PHILLIPS Lane, Colne, is due to close for almost four weeks from next Monday for electric main renewal work to be carried out.
The road from number 21 Phillips Lane to the bridge crossing Colne Water will be closed until 5 p.m. on Friday, August 15th.

Lancashire County Council has suggested Burnley Road/Greenfield Road as an alternative route.
