THORNTON Stanley On Friday, February 10th, 2012, peacefully in Albert House, Stanley, aged 89 years of Colne, dearly loved husband of the late Mary, much loved dad of Linda, dear father-in-law of Fred and a loving grandad and great-grandad. A funeral service will be held today, Friday, February 17th, at 11-15 a.m. at the Crown Funeral Home, Colne, followed by interment in Colne Cemetery at 12 noon. Reverend Chris Sterry will officiate. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired are being gratefully received for Pendleside Hospice c/o Denis Hartley and Son Funeral Service, Crown Funeral Home, Back Brown Street, Colne, BB8 9NE.
