Villagers in Roughlee are celebrating news that their local pub has been saved from developers.

Lottery cash hope for Brierfield Mills transformation plans

A new lottery fund launched on Monday has been described as “potentially great news” for a derelict Pendle mill by the area’s MP, Andrew Stephenson.
