POLICE are appealing for the public's help to trace a 12-year-old schoolboy.
Connor Dewhurst was last seen in his bedroom in Colne around 3-30 p.m. on November 21st.

He is described as white, of slim build with cropped, blond shaven hair. He was last seen wearing a black tracksuit and trainers. Police say he has no mobile phone and only had a small amount of cash.

PC Peter Norris, from Accrington CID, said: "There is serious concern for the safety and wellbeing of Connor as he is vulnerable due to his age. He has been missing before but never for this long and our priority is for him to return home safely.

"We are concerned that if he may be sleeping rough or with a person who is not aware he is missing and sought by police. If anyone is assisting or hiding Connor while he is missing, they should be aware they are potentially breaking the law.

"We have so far received two unconfirmed sightings in the Accrington area in the last few days but need people to come forward with more information.

"We believe he is likely to still be in or around the Accrington or Clayton area as he has friends and family there. Anyone with information should contact police on 08451 25 35 45.

"I would particularly like to speak to anyone who knows where Connor has been over the last 10 days, or where he could be now."
