Plus it is and always has been a depressing place to go to, just go into the pendle rise shopping centre cheap shops and certainly not a freindly atmosphere. Plus the place were the argos is that was going to be a flag ship retail centre, all it did was close the business on that site, and is like a black hole when you go in. The place has become a council planned dump and will be nothing more
