Yesterday, Prime Minister David Cameron was in the North West to unveil a series of key strategies he believes will improve life for residents.
He announced six headline pledges to create more jobs; invest in transport networks; make the North West a centre for science and innovation; raise the quality of life for residents; give more power to cities and counties and make residents better off.
What to you think? Are David Cameron and the Conservatives the party to turn around the fortunes of the North West and create a Northern Powerhouse? Or is it too little, too late?
