Skipton Building Society workers at the Colne branch literally stepped up their fund-raising for the Children in Need appeal.

For Emma Gray, Karen Smith and branch manager Deborah Kirby, their day at work was slightly more tiring than usual. Not only did they climb the equivalent number of steps to the top of New York’s Empire State Building in the branch, but they tackled the 1,860 steps wearing pyjamas and slippers!

Manager Deborah Kirby, said: “The work Children in Need does is fantastic and if we can help support just one child with our fund-raising then we will be delighted.”
