Busy Ribble Valley road closed due to accident

Police are at the scene of a collision in Trough Road, in the Forest of Bowland.

No details have been released surrounding the crash, but police are warning motorists to find an alternative route.

A spokesman for Ribble Valley Police said: "Trough Road near to Marshaw in the Forest of Bowland is currently closed due to a collision. Please find alternative routes if you are planning on travelling through the area."
