A Colne cannabis grower who had 51 plants of the drug in his attic could be facing jail.
Burnley magistrates heard how Andrew Paul Storr (33), was cultivating the plants in a tent and had an extractor fan and nutrients to help them grow.
The court was told the prosecution did not have an estimate of the potential yield of cannabis from the farm.
Storr, of Alkincoats Road, admitted producing a Class B controlled drug on January 28th.
The Bench decided it’s powers of punishment were not sufficient and the defendant was committed on unconditional bail to be sentenced at Burnley Crown Court on May 23rd.
