A DAREDEVIL Colne teenager is set to jump 15,000 feet from a plane to raise money for charity.

Eighteen-year-old Jonathan Frost will take on the death-defying feat to boost funds for Children in Need.

The Pendle Council modern apprentice will travel to the Black Nights Parachute Centre in Lancaster on October 29th where he will complete his dive.

He said: “I’ve watched the television adverts for charity but have never really done anything before. I saw one for Children in Need and just thought it was time to get off my backside and do something to help. A skydive is something I’ve never done before and to be honest I’m petrified but its for a really good cause.”

Jonathan, of Keighley Road, needs to raise £450 in order to complete the dive.

To help him achieve his goal, drop in to Nisa Local in Skipton Road where there will be a collection bucket.
