A Burnley “showgirl” and her red hot dance group had temperatures soaring with a jaw-dropping performance on Britain’s Got Talent.

Stephanie Morville (24) and Crazy Rouge sent pulses racing with their audition on the ITV talent show which was watched by 11 million viewers on Saturday night.

The eight-strong burlesque group, who put a modern twist on classic French dance show Moulin Rouge, dazzled the star judges in a glamorous cabaret performance which Simon Cowell hailed worthy of Las Vegas.

Stephanie and her fellow dancers, who were clad in skin-tight “nude illusion” dresses, had eyes popping out on stalks when they arrived on stage to wolf whistles and cat calls from the studio audience.

David Walliams cheekily proclaimed “there’s something for everyone!

“We are intrigued and we would love to see what you’ve got.”

Former Basics Theatre School actor Stephanie and Crazy Rouge strutted their stuff to Escala’s sultry classic “Feeling Good” with swirling moves and twirling cabaret fans that left Simon Cowell wide-eyed and the crowd on its feet.

The music mogul beamed: “It is very Vegas. It is very old school. It was a spectacle.”

Judge Amanda Holden called the girls “absolutely gorgeous”, saying: “I could watch all of you all day.”

Comedian and actor David Walliams joked: “I bet Ant and Dec really enjoyed the chat.”

All four judges, which also included pop star Alesha Dixon, gave Stephanie and Crazy Rouge a resounding “yes” which will see the dance group back performing on the hit show.

They will join fellow Burnley performer Andrew Derbyshire in the next round of the competition which will see the winner go on to appear for the Queen at the Royal Variety Show later this year.

Former Worsthorne Primary School pupil Stephanie took to Twitter after the show to thank her army of new fans and admirers.

She said: “So, so proud of our extremely talented group Crazy Rouge. Thanks for having us Britain’s Got Talent. Proud and happy.

“Very happy with our four yeses. So much support from everyone today.

“We will do Burnley proud I promise you that.

“Hopefully you’ll see a lot more of us in the future.”
