This weekend is the last chance for people to follow Barnoldswick’s Fairytale Trail and have a chance of winning a share of Barlick Gold to spend in the town.
Judging in the annual art trail ends on Sunday, when all voting forms need to be returned to the Rainhall Centre.
The forms will then be entered into a draw with the first ten winning £10 each of Barlick Gold to spend in local shops.
The Fairytale Art Trail has 74 entries displayed in Barnoldswick shops and businesses.
The most popular entry in each of five categories will win £30 of Barlick Gold.
Town council organiser David Whipp said: “With double the number of entries this year, there are lots of excellent entries to view.
“As well as encouraging people to be creative, the art trail gets people looking round local shops and the Barlick Gold prizes get them spending in them too.”
Fairytale Art Trail winners will be announced at an awards event at 10 a.m. Saturday, December 3rd, at the Rainhall Centre.
As well as Barlick Gold prizes, there will also be an award for all under 18 entrants.
More Barlick Gold is up for grabs in Barnoldswick’s next seasonal event.
Judging for the town’s Christmas Windows competition and a Barnoldswick Advent Hunt will be launched on December 3rd.
