Pupils from St Thomas CE Primary School, in Wheatley Lane Road, Barrowford, have raised a fantastic £870 for Pendleside Hospice.
Pupils and teachers held a non-uniform day and collected pennies throughout the school year to reach their impressive total.
Hospice fund-raiser Vikki Bassek attended the Barrowford school’s award assembly to accept the cheque.
Vikki said: “We’re very grateful to everybody at the school who helped raise all this money for us. I have a lovely chat with a couple of members of the school council who were telling me all about their non-uniform day.
“We rely heavily on schools fund-raising for us and it’s always great to see the kids getting involved.”
