£350,000 fraud case: Colne man in custody

A COLNE man charged in connection with a fraud investigation in Cumbria has been remanded in custody at Preston Crown Court.

Liam Dinsdale (27), of Alkincoats Road is charged with conspiracy to defraud and money laundering. The alleged victim is said to have been defrauded out of more than £350,000.

At a case managemnt hearing on Thursday, Dinsdale and his co-defendants John Rixon (33), of Stewart Street, East Clayton, Manchester and Simon Rixon (30), of Industrial Street, Liverdedge, West Yorkshire, were all remanded in custody until March 18th next year.
