GENEROUS Colne therapists had a fantastic time raising funds for Pendleside Hospice.

Christine Anne Rowland, a beauty and holistic therapist, held a fundraising open day at her salon in Keighley Road.

With the help of beauty therapist Charlotte Wolfenden she managed to raise £265, by demonstrating reflexology and back massages, as well as various other therapies.

She also held a raffle, which included prizes donated by Hedgehogg Florists, Hair Boutique, and some of her customers.

Christine said: “We had a brilliant afternoon hosting the fundraising day.

“We have been open four years in December, and have held one of these afternoons every year since.

“Thank you to everyone for coming and supporting us and the Hospice. We look forward to next year’s.”
