New car park for Barrowford shoppers

CAR parking problems for shoppers in Barrowford will be eased from Monday when supermarket chain Booths opens the car park for its yet-to-be-built store for public use.

The car park wil allow a maximum stay of two hours between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on weekdays and will be managed by Pendle Council in line with its existing disc-controlled parking scheme.

Discs can be obtained from local shops.
