Planning applications from the Colne area

pendle Council planning officers will use delegated powers to determine the following planning applications from the villages.

If there are threde or more objections, however, the matter involved will be referred to the meeting of the council’s Colne and District Committee on May 10th.

Alterations to the roof of a dwelling house to create a first floor extension and widen the existing driveway at 3 Lachman Road, Trawden.

Install a 12m high anemometer mast (wind measuring device) at The Coach House, Warley Wise Lane, Laneshaw Bridge.

Demolition of conservatory and erection of single-storey rear extension at Edmunds Villa, Waller Hill, Foulridge.
