A WOMAN was airlifted to hospital by the air ambulance after she was involved in a road traffic accident on the Lancashire Moor Road on Sunday morning.
The woman, who is understood to have suffered minor injuries, had to be cut free from her Renault Clio by firefighters from Colne after she lost control of the car on a left hand bend shortly after passing the former Herders Arms pub.
The car rolled over through 360 degrees, leaving the woman trapped inside.
Two passengers, a man and a woman, were able to get out of the car and were uninjured.
All three accident victims were from the Keighley area.
