Dog attacks take place in homes, not public places

Thank you, Mrs Taylor, for clarifying why you think dogs should be on leads in parks and other public places.

However, the two dreadful dogs attacks you refer to happened in the children’s own homes, not in a park or public place.

Furthermore, I understand the reason for fencing the playgrounds is to ensure children do not wander off, rather than to keep them penned in and away from dogs.
