Fire crews were called out to a house blaze in Burnley just before midnight last night.
Two fire engines from Burnley attended a fire in the ground floor of the terraced property on Briercliffe Road.
Firefighters equipped wth breathing apparatus used two hose reels and a ventilation fan to extinguish the flames.
