PLANNING: The latest Pendle applications

Pendle Council has received the following planning applications:

Mr J. Alexander has applied to build nine dwellings at land adjacent to Clough Springs, Barrowford.

Mr M. Cardus wishes to demolish existing garages at the garage site on the corner of Belgrave Road, Colne, and build a detached building for light industrial use.

Mr and Mrs A. Foulkes have applied to build a single detached dwelling at 5 Wellhead, Trawden.

Mr and Mrs P. Moore have applied to build a single storey side and rear extension at 12 Barleydale Road, Barrowford.

Pendle View Primary School in Gibfield Road, Colne, has applied to build a canopy.

Mr A. Ahmed would like to change of use of 89 Regent Street, Nelson, from a house to retail at the ground floor only, add canopy to the front, build a single storey extension to the rear and make alterations to the gable elevation.

Mr M. Iqbal has applied to demolish an outbuilding and build a single storey extension to rear of 31 Crawford Street, Nelson.

Mr J. Pitt has applied to build a stable block for private use and change the use of associated land off Booth Bridge Lane, Thornton-in-Craven, from agricultural to equine use.

Rolls-Royce has applied to vary a hazardous substances consent to replace four existing intermediate bulk containers with fixed bulk tanks at Bankfield site, Skipton Road, Barnoldswick.
