Police appeal after Earby collision

Police are investigating a collision between a car and a motorbike in Earby on Sunday.

The incident occurred at approximately 4-35pm on the A56 Skipton Road near to West Craven Drive and involved a blue Morris Minor car and blue Triumph 955 motorcycle.

The motorcyclist, a 41-year-old man, suffered cuts and grazes and the pillion passenger, a 37-year-old woman, suffered a broken wrist and severe bruising. The car driver was uninjured in the collision.

Officers are still trying to determine exactly how the collision has come to occur and want to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident.
