A PERVERT flasher wearing suspenders exposed himself to a woman out walking her dog in Burnley.

The incident happened at 5-25 p.m. on Monday on a grassed area between Monk Hall Street and a new housing estate, close to the canal towpath, in Daneshouse.

As the woman walked past the man she realised he was wearing suspenders with no trousers or underwear.

The 43-year-old victim told police she thought she had seen the same man walking in a nearby park earlier in the day.

He is white, in his 30s, between 5ft. 10in. and 6ft. tall and of medium build with fair or grey hair and a small fringe which was pushed to the left-hand side.

The victim said he was wearing black suspenders and a dark navy blue or black hip-length waterproof jacket.

He is also said to have a skinny, pointed nose and small eyes with a squint.

When the woman saw him earlier that day he was wearing dark tracksuit trousers.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Burnley police on 101 or Crimestoppers, in confidence, on 0800 555 111.
