A successful event has been held in Colne — to help people learn more about their blood pressure.

Organised by the Rotary Club of Colne and supported by The Stroke Association, the day was held at Colne Market Hall.

Rotarian Howard Bailey arranged the event, which included attendance from Rotarian Club President Alan Hardman, Rotarian Howard Bailey, and the Deputy Mayor, Smith Benson.

Many blood pressures were taken throughout the “Know Your Blood Pressure Day”, and a few members of the public were referred to their local GP for further investigation.
