POEM: My Big Brother

0
Have your say

Like all children we did squabble

In playground or on the cobble.

Always there that family tie

When I fell you heard me cry.

Took me to my first picture treat

I remember when your wife I first did meet.

Sal and I, coppers pooled on the day

A wedding gift, a tin tea tray.

In later life our paths did part

Always my big brother in my heart.
