Have your say

After reading about Mr Whalley in this week’s Advertiser and Times I felt angry and sad about the article “Ribble Valley folk ‘too posh to have tramps’”.

I feel the manner in which he was treated was absolutely unfeeling.

The poor man needs help and understanding at least, if nothing else, left alone.

Hasn’t the writer of this article heard of the expression “There but for the grace of God...”?

It would have been more humane just to have given him a warning.

My cousin from Clitheroe also feels as I do and is very upset.
