David Cameron’s Conservative-led, coalition Government is cutting back, carving up and selling off our National Health Service.
Here are a few of the things your Conservative MPs votes have supported since 2010: every local NHS service being open to private company takeover; thousands of Pendle patients waiting over a week for a GP appointment; and Conservative Party donors being handed £1.5b. in NHS contracts.
Labour Party’s Parliamentary Candidate for the 2015 General Election, Azhar Ali, challenged Pendle’s sitting Tory MP Andrew Stephenson to a local public debate on the NHS but Andrew has not responded yet.
The question is, why not?
We need a proper debate about what is happening to the NHS, why it is going wrong and what must be done to put it right.
David Cameron knows his costly, top-down reorganisation is to blame and he must face up to the problems or make way for a Government that will.
Only with Labour will the NHS be better off.
Labour will repeal David Cameron’s NHS changes that put private profit before patient care.
