Directions:
  • Leave the M65 at junction 13 and head for the A682 in the direction of Nelson via Scotland Road and New Scotland Road for half a mile before turning right into Pendle Street for a short distance. Turn left into Scotland Road for a short stretch before turning right into Russell Street at the edge of the pedestrianised area where the Leader-Times offices can be found nearby at 37 Scotland Road.
  •
  • There is no parking at the offices, however there is ample on-street parking and well signposted car parks in the area although a "blue badge" is required, available from many local shops.

About us:
  • Pendle’s local newspapers reflect the individuality of the towns which make up the area. The Nelson Leader covers the south of Pendle, including Nelson, Brierfield, Barrowford and the “Western Parishes” of Pendleside and Blacko.
  •
  • The Colne Times reflects life in Colne itself and its smaller neighbours - Trawden Forest, Foulridge and Laneshaw Bridge. The Barnoldswick and Earby Times, which proudly carries the red and white rose on its front page, covers those two towns and the rural communities around them - Kelbrook, Sough, Salterforth, Bracewell, Brogden and Thornton.
  •
  • The three papers are published each Friday, and on Tuesday, there is the Pendle Express, which serves the whole of the borough and is particularly popular with Burnley FC fans.
  •
  • All are published by East Lancashire Newspapers, part of the Johnston Press group.
