CAROL Platt completed a magnificent seven for Alexandra in this season's Nelson and Colne Ladies' Pool League.
She secured a convincing 3-0 victory over Lane Ends' Sam Hamer in the Singles Knockout final.

And that completed a clean sweep for the Holmes Street club over the course of the campaign.

The side pipped Golden Ball to both the league and Team Knockout titles, and North Valley B to the Three-Man Team event.

Platt teamed up with Christine Ratcliffe to take the Doubles Knockout competition ahead of Golden Ball pair Sandra Dutton and Susan Thompson, while Ratcliffe joined forces with Keith Ormerod to scoop the Mixed Doubles ahead of Kim Firth and Mark Cassidy of North Valley A.

And to complete the set, Diane Harker secured the honours of most eight-ball clearances, with the awards handed out at the league's presentation night at the Golden Ball.
