ANDY Haworth hit the only goal as Colne secured a 1-0 win at Bacup last night.
The former Nelson midfielder struck 20 minutes from time to hand the Reds a vital away win.

And the victory maintains their oush for fourth place in the Vodkat First Division, annd a potential UniBond place next season.

Colne remain unbeaten away from home in the league since September, and they will look to take that form into Wednesday's visit to Ramsbottom United (kick-off 7-45 p.m.).

That is followed by a home game with Winsford United on Saturday (kick-off 3 p.m.), and with promotion rivals Squires Gate and Maine Road locking horns on the same day, this week could prove crucial in who secures fourth spot.
