Burnley’s trip to derby rivals Blackburn Rovers in October has been brought forward from 3 p.m. to 12-30 p.m.

The Championship clash at Ewood Park remains on October 24th, but with the earlier kick-off time, on the advice of the local authorities.

Travel details for Clarets fans are to be announced.

Burnley won their last visit to Rovers 2-1 in March 2014 on the way to promotion to the Premier League, ending a near 35-year wait for victory over the old enemy, and they are now unbeaten in just over five years, with Sean Dyche yet to taste defeat against Blackburn.
