Pendle Forest Sports Club are holding an Academy open morning tomorrow at the club, off Padiham Bypass, Fence.
Reception and Year 1 boys and girls are welcome between 9-10-30 a.m. to have a taster session with FA-qualified coaches.
Clothing is dependant on the weather – please ensure children have trainers and boots, and drinks.
The Academy is in its fifth season and provides a safe, friendly environment for children to come and enjoy games, and is a gateway into local leagues.
It is also an excellent way for children to get fit and develop social skills. There is no charge for this event and no obligation to return.
The club just want parents and children to see that there is an option to take the first steps into sport.
After half-term the club will endeavour to move to an indoor venue.
