Sacred Heart United moved back to the top of the Premier Division at the expense of opponents Fence thanks to goals from Joe Murphy and Mark Dutton in a 2-1 win.

Peter Archer was on target for Fence.

Trawden Venue dropped their first points of the season after being held by AFC Shooters.

Craig Harrison, Liam Canning and Paul Holden scored for Shooters but a brace from Tom Swindells and a Ben Gorman effort grabbed a point for Venue.

Paak A went fifth following a 5-2 win against bottom side SKK Blacko, with goals from Zohaib Zaman (2), Haroon Afjal, Awais Akhtar and Danny Butt.

In the First Division, Pendle FC’s bright start continued with a 4-1 victory against AFC Union.

Daniel Morville and Josh Tennant both struck twice to maintain their two-point lead at the top of the table.

Barnoldswick Barons remain in touching distance following a comfortable 5-0 win against North Valley Rangers.

A hat- trick from James Cumpstey and goals from Lewis McKane and Matt Heald secured the points for Barons.

Boca Clarets moved into third place thanks to a 2-1 win against Lifestyle Fitness FC, while Paak B gained their first victory of the season, beating Barnoldswick Barons Reserves 10-3.

In the only other game, AFC Veterans beat Pendle Blues Athletic 5-3 thanks to goals from Wes Haggis (2), Dan Gildert, Dan Whalley and Anthony Fort. Anthony Ivans, Kevin Hessleden and Daniel Ibbeton replied.
