Colne and Nelson Under 14s produced an impressive display as they travelled to Blackpool and recorded an 85-0 win.
The All Blacks had a few players missing through injuries and sickness, but were not going to let this affect them as they eased to victory.
After a few good results, Colne are now starting to show just how good they are.
With a strong pack and quick backs working well together, Colne were looking to get the ball wide at every opportunity. Strong runs, excellent support and good off-loading from all the team left the opposition struggling to get the ball, and Colne managed to get their first of many tries after only a matter of minutes.
The try scorers were Keenan (3), Dave (3), Tom (3), Ollie (2), Eduard and Joe, with Benji making 20 conversions.
All four of Colne’s junior teams were in action at the weekend, two at home and two away, all managing to win.
The tags beat Blackpool 11-10, while the Under 11s enjoyed a 10-1 win against Rossendale.
The Under 13s travelled to face North Ribblesdale and came away with a 25-5 victory, with the Under 14s, as mentioned, romping to an 85-0 success at Blackpool.
