Pendle schools to feature in netball contest

SEVEN Pendle primary schools will battle it out on court in a not to be missed high 5 netball competition this week.

On Monday, Lord St, Laneshawbridge, Wheatley Lane, Sacred Heart, Blacko, Holy Trinity and Primet will all take part in the tournament, which is part of the SPAR Lancashire School Games.

The competition is being held at Pendle Vale College and will run from 4 p.m. until 5-30 p.m.
