two girls shared local honours won at the 2012 Nelson Festival which was staged at the Pendle Hippodrome Theatre, ColneBarr.

The current economic climate is thought to have had an effect on the number of entrants and visitors, but spokesman Mrs Muriel Mutter said the standard of dancing remained as high as ever.
