Martial arts expert in Clitheroe

Lao Tzu James McNeil, a California-based martial arts master who established the Little Nine Heaven Kung Fu school, is considered by many to be one of the foremost martial artists in the world.

He will share his knowledge in a three-hour seminar, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Lower Hall at the St Mary's Centre, in Church Street, on Sunday. The seminar will be based on a series of rarely taught exercises, known as the "Tien Gunn" or "Celestial Stem".

These 25 ancient exercises for health are suitable for anyone from complete beginners to advanced practitioners and anyone interested is invited to attend.

Tickets for the event cost 20 and include refreshments. In addition, there will be the opportunity to buy DVDs of the Tien Gunn exercises, featuring Lao Tzu James McNeil, at a significant discount.
