Book Review: Toyko Taxi by Alexander James
So Alexander James’s book had to be looked at. It is now one of Ruaridh’s favourite books! James jumped on his bike and toured Toyko taking photographs of the signs which range from exotic flowers to cute bunny rabbits.
His job was made all the more harder by the fact that some taxi firms only have four cabs, so they are not easy to spot.

His book not only shows the photographs, but also gives ancedotes from taxi drivers, who work long hours, but seem to love their jobs. A fascinating book, which is number one in a five-year-old’s library, so it must be good!
