In his fast-paced thriller based on real events, Alex Packer looks at the triggers which lead a young man to take a stand against his failings with friends and girls and reassert his worth.

“We are becoming immune to seeing violent attacks splashed all over our news and social media and the key question of why it’s happening is always unanswered,” Alex said.

“Ballistic is an attempt to get inside the head of a troubled young man who goes on to commit a violent act – as well as provoking thought on everyone’s role in trying to understand it, challenge it and stop it.”

In this darkly comic tale performed by Mark Conway and presented by Mini Mall Theatre Company, one youth formulates a plan to show up everyone who has ever made him feel small by becoming the biggest thing on the Internet in just a few clicks.

But does he have the guts to go through with it?

Due to mature themes and strong language, this show is suitable for ages 16 and older.

The performances will be staged on Tuesday, April 24th at 7-30pm.
