More than 100 new jobs created in Lancashire by HomeServe

Home repairs company HomeServe is set to boost employee numbers at its Preston base as it embarks on its largest ever recruitment drive in the North West.

Over the next six months, HomeServe is aiming to add another 102 roles to its Preston team, which currently employs more than 240 people in a number of Customer Service roles.

HomeServe, which provides nationwide emergency cover for a range of home repairs services including plumbing and heating, is looking to recruit claims advisors to support customers through the entire claims process.

The role may initially be based remotely in line with the government’s coronavirus guidance.

Kasia Klunduk, Head of Recruitment at HomeServe, said: “The key to our ongoing success is prioritising our Customers’ needs and ensuring we keep their lives moving when they need repairs on their homes.

“These new claims advisors roles will, without doubt, be essential in helping us achieve that.

“This is one of our largest recruitment drives to date in the north west region, and part of an ongoing commitment to grow our presence in Preston and support the local economy”.
