Clitheroe's Ribblesdale pupils rise to the challenge celebrating a strong set of GCSE results

Headteacher, Mr Stephen Cox, said Ribblesdale pupils had risen to the challenge. He added: "The success of our pupils is just a reward for the effort and application they have demonstrated to their studies over the course of the last two years.

"All of our pupils have great cause to celebrate their fantastic achievements. There are also some outstanding individual results which are a testament to these pupils’ determination and hard work.

"There is no doubt that our young people have made the most of their time at Ribblesdale High School, used their talents to the full and are now ready and raring to go for the next phase of their education or training!

"We thank their parents for all the moral support given to them during this unprecedented period of their education and we wish our pupils all the very best for the future.

"I would also like to pay tribute to the hard work and support of Ribblesdale’s dedicated staff team in supporting a cohort of whom we are all very proud."
