Burnley company's generous donation to Pendleside Hospice

Seaward Precision, based in Gannow Lane, donated £1,000 after staff nominated the charity.

Bethan Seward, group finance manager, said: “After what has been a difficult year for everyone we decided to make a donation to charity instead of gifting customers this year.

"We gave our staff the opportunity to choose the charity they wanted to make the donation to and they chose Pendleside.”

Christina Cope, head of Corporate Fundraising at Pendleside, said: “On behalf of Pendleside I would like to say a big thank you to the Seward Precision team. They have supported us previously and continue to do so and we are very grateful for their donation this Christmastime.”
