Pendle's Covid figures unchanged from last week

This week's Covid-19 statistics for Pendle show no change in the number of people who've tested positive for the virus.

The figure is 62 new cases, the same as last week. And like last week, sadly there has been one death in Pendle, over the last seven days.

During this week, which marks a year since the first lockdown in March 2020, 239 people in Pendle have died within 28 days of a positive test for Covid.

However, in total, 273 people in Pendle have died so far during the pandemic, who have Covid-19 flagged up on their death certificate. And over the course of the pandemic so far, 9,540 people have tested positive for the virus.
